- » How do I contact MyFunLIFE?
- You may contact MyFunLIFE by Online Chat, Phone Call, or by entering a Support Ticket through the Contact Us tab in the My Account section of your Back Office.
- » Can I guarantee people that they will make money?
- No. We do not make income claims or guarantees of any kind.
- » Can I put an ad in the local Yellow Pages or Google Places and use MyFunLIFE in the ad?
- No. This would make you appear to be a part of MyFunLIFE Corporate. Any marketing materials that use the name MyFunLIFE MUST be approved by MyFunLIFE Corporate before use.
- » Can I tell people I am an employee of MyFunLIFE?
- No. Saying you're an employee of MyFunLIFE would be misrepresentation. You are a Member and/or Independent Representative of MyFunLIFE, not an employee, agent, partner etc.
- » Is my Membership with MyFunLIFE will-able?
- Yes, but you will need to add it to your will. MyFunLIFE strongly believes in building a legacy for your family and loved ones.
- » I don't think I am qualified to talk to people about the travel industry. Can I still succeed?
- MyFunLIFE has created a business model which allows anyone to succeed, if they choose to. We are partnered with a travel agency which has been in business for over 33 years. They are here to help our Members with the travel portion of MyFunLIFE. You simply share the opportunity and Member benefits with your prospects, and let our travel agents take care of the travel needs.
- » What do I need to get started? Do I need a computer and office space or will my cell phone be enough?
- This is a very simple business. You can be extremely successful with just your cell phone and personal desire to succeed and help others.
- » Is there a lot of training involved or can I start making money today?
- Our business model is so simple you can earn while you learn. There is training available, but you can begin sponsoring new Members immediately after you sign up.
- » Do I need to be a great sales person or have sales experience to make money?
- Having great sales skills is always a plus, but it is not necessary with MyFunLIFE. With the low $25 monthly Membership fee, the extraordinary amount of value we offer our Members, and the incredibly generous Compensation Plan, the program is very easy to share with others. Simply join, travel, share and get PAID!
- » Do I need to recruit or sponsor people?
- No, you do not have to recruit or sponsor anyone. Our Compensation Plan is structured so that you can earn through the Matrix down to 3 levels without recruiting a single person. There is no guarantee, however, that your Matrix will fill up through "Spillover" from your upline, but it is possible. However, our most successful income earners do share the benefits and opportunity of MyFunLIFE with others.
- » Can I join MyFunLIFE even if I'm still involved with another company?
- Yes. However, we do not allow our Members to recruit current MyFunLIFE Members into other programs.
- » Can I tell other MyFunLIFE Members about other network marketing companies I am involved in?
- No. If you are involved in another network marketing company, you should never actively recruit for the other company to anyone in your downline, excluding those Members that you have personally sponsored. You should also never attempt to recruit anyone at a MyFunLIFE convention or any MyFunLIFE events including guests, employees or service providers.
- » How many Memberships can I own? Can my spouse and I both join? How many Memberships can I have within my household?
- Due to the fact that MyFunLIFE is a global company and many countries have multiple adult families living within one household; MyFunLIFE has decided to allow one Membership per person or legal entity (Corporations, LLCs, etc). There is no limit on the number of Memberships per household.
- » Why do I have to submit my SSN #/EIN # even if I am just signing up for a FREE Membership?
- MyFunLIFE is required to submit a 1099 to every person/entity that is paid commissions in any amount. Our FREE Members are able to earn cash back on any travel booked through their ChaCHING Booking Engine, whether it is booked by them or their friends and family. This cash back constitutes income, therefore we must report it and obtain the necessary information from all of our Members.
- » What if I don't have a SSN #/EIN#?
- MyFunLIFE gathers this information in order to stay compliant with US Federal Tax laws. If you are from a country that doesn't have Tax Identification Numbers, this information will not be required. Please note that all Members are required to be aware of the income reporting policies of their home country.
- » I have prospects that don't live in the same country as me, can I still sponsor them?
- Yes! MyFunLIFE is a global company that offers an opportunity to sponsor new Members worldwide.
- » If someone I refer joins as a Free Member to get the ChaCHING Booking Engine, but later decides to upgrade, will they still be in my Matrix?
- Yes. When you refer someone to MyFunLIFE and they enter their information into the Registration page, they are permanently coded to you in our system. The only way they would not end up in your Matrix is if you withdrew from MyFunLIFE and your Matrix compressed up to your sponsor.
- » Since MyFunCONDOS uses surplus timeshares, do you expect a shortage as more people join and use them?
- No. We get our condo inventory through the largest reseller of timeshares worldwide. We have access to over 450,000 weeks at any given time.
- » Can I really just sit back and let the forced Matrix fill to the 3rd level or will I be skipped for not sponsoring new Members?
- The way our system is built, it will allow Members to receive "spillover" from their upline, which over time could fill your Matrix through your 3rd level. However, we have no way of knowing how long, nor do we guarantee that your Matrix will be filled. That is completely based on how active your upline is. Our most successful Members take an active role in marketing and sponsoring new Members.
- » Can I tell people I am a Travel Agent now?
- No. The simple reason is, you are not a Travel Agent. We market a vacation membership. We are not booking travel or acting as Travel Agents. To be a Travel Agent would require a license and certification.
- » How do I change my password, username, or display name?
- Login to your Member Back Office. Click on the Personal Info tab to change your password and other personal information.
- » What if I have a problem with my genealogy?
- You can get assistance with genealogy and other Compensation Plan issues by sending us a Support Ticket from the Contact Us tab in the Back Office.
- » Why didn't I receive a 1099 from MyFunLIFE?
- MyFunLIFE only sends 1099's to U.S. Representatives who earned $600 or more for the calendar year.
- » Who can make changes to my account?
- Only the Member whose name is on the account, or anyone who has been granted privileges to the account in writing by the account holder may make changes to an account.
- » Can my spouse's name be added to my account and website?
- MyFunLIFE is unable to add an additional name to the account due to ownership issues with taxation. If you desire more than one name on an account, we recommend a corporate entity designation when completing initial sign-up.
- » Why haven't I received my commissions?
- Ensure the commission pay options are set up properly. If you have not earned the minimum amount, you will not receive a commission payment. Please see our commission tutorials in the Video Tutorials tab in your Back Office for more detailed information on how the commission structure works.
- » Why are there "fees" coming out of my commission?
- Our pay-in/pay-out vendors have their own set of fees associated with the movement of funds. For a list of fees please refer to the vendor's website. MyFunLIFE does not charge a fee to place commissions with one of these vendors.
- » What is MyFunLIFE's account cancellation policy? How does a Member cancel their account?
- Members can cancel their account at any time, there are no contracts. We offer a 3-day refund policy for new Members. If a new Member is not satisfied with their Membership they may cancel their account and receive a full refund within 3 days of their initial payment. Cancelled Members also have a 72-hour grace period to reinstate their Membership. To cancel a Membership, the account holder must submit the cancellation request through the Cancel My Membership tab in the Back Office. Only the member on record has authority to cancel a Membership. Email correspondence must match email on file for Member. An upline Member may not cancel an account for any downline Member.
- » Do I get check match on my entire matrix or just on my personal referrals?
- Check Match is earned on your personal referrals only, and only on the Matrix commissions earned. You do not receive Check Match commissions on your downline's Coded Bonus or Check Match commissions.
- » How does MyFunLIFE get such good travel deals? And will that ever change?
- MyFunLIFE gets amazing deals by partnering with some of the best travel companies in the world. We will continue to build and maintain these partnerships so that our Members will always have the best deals available.
- » How often will I get paid?
- Coded Bonus commissions are paid the Friday following the new Member's enrollment. Matrix and Check Match commissions are paid monthly. ChaCHING commissions are paid 4-6 weeks after the use of the booking.
- » FunTRAVEL is the first app, how many more are planned for the future?
- We will continue to offer new and exciting Apps for our Members. Currently we do have several Apps that are in the planning stages that we hope to roll out in the months and years to come.
- » How often will there be FunTRIPS planned and how far in advance can they be booked?
- Our travel partner works daily to coordinate the best FunTRIPS for our Members. The number of FunTRIPS planned will vary from year to year. FunTRIPS are available to be booked as soon as they are placed on the website.
- » Where are the MyFunLIFE corporate offices located?
- The corporate offices for MyFunLIFE are located in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, USA
- » Do I have to buy the product in order to participate in the opportunity?
- No. The opportunity and the product are separate. You can earn money by booking travel through your free ChaCHING Booking engine without being a paid monthly Member.
- » Is there "compression" in the MyFunLIFE Matrix?
- If a Member decides to cancel their Membership with MyFunLIFE, the matrix will "compress" to fill their position. Matrix compression does not happen daily, so there will be moments where a cancelled Member is still shown in the matrix.
- » What happens if my credit card expires and I miss a monthly Membership payment?
- If your payment is unable to be processed for any reason you will receive a series of emails prompting you to update your payment information. Please ensure that you have "white-listed" our email address, notice@massiveteambuilder.com, as this is our primary mode of contact.
- » What commissions do I make if I book travel through my ChaCHING Booking Engine, or if someone else books through my booking engine?
- On travel booked through your own ChaCHING Booking Engine, you will earn 50% of the commission paid to the company for that booking. The various commission percentages for each type of travel booked can be found in the Travel Commission tab in your Back Office.
- » What do I have to do to unlock the levels of my Matrix?
- When you join MyFunLIFE as a Paid Member you automatically unlock your first 3 levels of the matrix. If you personally sponsor three or more Members, you will unlock down to the 7th level of your matrix. You can also unlock the 8th, 9th, and 10th levels of your matrix by becoming a Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond. All levels are unlocked by personally sponsoring Members in your downline.
- » Can I have my monthly Membership fee taken out of my commissions?
- Yes. Your commissions can be paid out to your Credit Wallet, Payoneer, Hyperwallet (Paylution), or Solid Trust Pay account. These accounts can then be used to make your monthly Membership payment.
- » If I am a paid Member and I refer someone someone that joins as a Free Member, will I still earn a commission?
- Yes. You will earn 10% of the commission that they earn on their travel booked through the ChaCHING Booking Engine. Unfortunately you will not earn Coded Bonus, Matrix, or Check Match commissions on Free Members.
- » Why can I only see 5 levels of my matrix?
- The Genealogy tree will only show the first 5 levels of the matrix below you. You can view all Members of your matrix by clicking the "Genealogy List" button at the top of the "Genealogy" page.
- » When a Member reserves a FunCONDO week, are they subject to, or are they obligated to attend a sales presentation at the resort?
- No, absolutely not! You will probably be offered a lobster dinner if you do... Any meetings would be optional as FunCONDOS are a benefit included in your MyFunLIFE Membership.
- » Are there any countries we cannot do business in?
